1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are offered only in the following cases:

•You were charged for an order that was not delivered.

•A payment was deducted twice for the same order.

NB: Refunds are not available for:

Successful transactions where the correct data bundle was delivered.

•Customer mistakes (e.g., wrong number entered during order).

•Situations where the customer’s network provider experiences temporary delays in activation.

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

•Provide your transaction reference, mobile number, and payment details.

•Once verified, refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days.

3. Refund Method

Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the transaction (e.g., Mobile Money) or on the wallet balance on the website.
